HPD linked this violation to a reinspection record. HPD says the status does not mean a reinspection will necessarily be attempted or completed. What happens next
If an inspector does reinspect and finds the condition corrected, the violation can be dismissed or closed. If the condition is still there, it moves to Not Complied With. If the inspector cannot get in, the status becomes First No Access To Re- Inspect Violation instead.
