A note on the source spelling
These statuses are printed as the city's own record spells them, case aside. HPD's own vocabulary spells one status Certification Postponment Granted (and its counterpart, Certification Postponment Denied) with that exact spelling, not a typo of ours. It also hyphenates two related statuses differently: First No Access To Re- Inspect Violation carries a space before “Inspect” in the source, while Second No Access To Re-Inspect Violation does not. Both are confirmed against the live database. We print the city's text as written and only ever change its case.
